Uploading attachments to quotes

How to upload a document, file, pdf or image to a quote.

1. Steps to uploading attachments to a customer's quote

2. Find the booking you want to edit. Click here to learn how to do this. 
3. When on the booking page, scroll to the attachments section.
4. Click Upload.

5. Choose an option.

   1. Show on quote? This shows the attachment on the quote. 
   2. Show on load list? This shows the attachment on the load list.
   3. Show on delivery note? This shows the attachment on the delivery note.
   4. Add as signable document? This allows your customers to sign against the uploaded document.  This only works for PDF documents. 

   Is your file not uploading? Here's why:

• The file size is too big (try make it under 1mb)
• The file dimensions are too big
• The file name has a symbol (-$&^>?) etc. File names with symbols are blocked for security reasons. To fix this please rename the file without a symbol, such as:
  Do not use symbols in the file name.

For example:

❌ = Terms'&'conditions.

Change to

✅ = Terms and conditions.
