Sending a quote email via the system

1. Find the customer you want to send quotes. 
2. Add the quotes to the customer dashboard. How to do this. 
3. Click "Send dashboard email"
4. The quotes are sent to the customer.

Note: Currently it is not possible to edit the email template send from the system.

Sending a PDF quote to a customer

1. Find the customer you want to send quotes. 

2. Download the PDF quote from the system. How to do this.

3. Attach the PDF quote to an email (using your email provider).

4. Send the PDF quote to the customer's email address.

Manually send the dashboard link to the customer

1. Find the customer you want to send quotes to. 

2. Add the quotes to the customer dashboard. How to do this. 

3. Click the "Copy dashboard link" button.

4. Paste the Dashboard link into an email and send the email to the customer.
