How to add a task/follow up
- Steps to adding a task to a new quote.
- Click new quote
- In 'event details' click 'add follow up task' (purple button).
- (Optional) choose user.
- Select date
- Type the tasks into 'Notes'
- Click the 'next' button (bottom right)
- Your tasks will be added to the calendar as a purple alert.
- Steps to adding a task to an existing quote.
- Go into a customer's quote/invoice.
- Either click 'edit details' (Center at the top of the page) or click 'quote builder' (top right of the quote)
- In 'event details' click 'add follow up task' (purple button).
- (Optional) choose user.
- Select date
- Type the tasks into 'Notes'
- Click the 'next' button (bottom right)
