3 ways to apply discounts

1. How to apply a discount as a line item

1. Find the quote you want to edit. Click here to learn how to do this. 
2. Scroll to the quote section.

3. Click 'add line item', and select 'custom stock item' by clicking the tick box.

4. Next type in the description you'd like. For example, 'Discount for early booking'.

5. Lastly, add the qty of 1, and then add a minus amount e.g -£150.

2. Steps to apply a monetary discount to a line item.

1. Find the booking you want to edit. Click here to learn how to do this. 
2. When on the booking page, scroll to the quote section.
3. Click "+ Add Discount" on a line item.
4. Apply the monetary discount to the line item.

3. Steps to apply a % discount to a line item

1. Find the booking you want to edit. 
2. When on the booking page, scroll to the quote section.
3. Click on the line item you want to add a discount to. 
4. Click addition fees and then apply the discount.
5. Prerequisite: You need to have created an additional discount fee before doing this step. How to create an additional fee
   
6. Notes: You cannot apply additional fees when a quote title is selected. Please untick any quote titles before applying additional fees.
