To view your predicted labour report throughout the year, you will first need to add "predicted labour" to your bookings.

Step 1. Creating a staff type via the cost admin
- Go to "Costs Admin"
- Download the cost types template.
- Fill in the spreadsheet:
- vendor_guid : Leave Blank
- id : Leave Blank
- cost_group : Give a name, i.e. Labour
- name : Give a name, i.e Seasonal Worker
- flat_fee : Add the workers day rate
- price_per_mile : Leave Blank
- price_per_square_meter : Leave Blank
- minus_fee : Leave Blank
- percentage_of_total_quote : Leave Blank
- cost_calc : Type: TRUE
- external
- Type: TRUE if this is an agency worker
- Type: FALSE if this is your worker
- setup_takedown : Type: TRUE
- archived : Leave Blank

Step 2. Letting the system know this cost is a Labour cost.
- Go to cost admin.
- Click edit on the labour cost.
- Click "Labour Cost".
- Click the save button.
