How to edit a cost.

Steps to editing a cost
 - Go to the costs admin section on the left hand navigation.
 - Find the cost you want to edit, and click edit.
 - Edit the cost, this is what each field represents. 
- Name: This is the name of the cost.
 - Cost Group: This is the cost group also called a category. This is what groups the costs together.
 - Vendor: This is how you link a cost to a vendor.
 - Tick boxes
- Show on cost calc: Tick if you want to use this on your job profit and cost calculators.
 - External cost: Tick if this cost comes from a 3rd party.
 - Setup/takedown: Tick is this cost is related to the set up and take down dates of a job.
 - Labour cost? Tick if you want this to be a trackable labour cost.
 
 - Cost amount
- flat_fee: If the cost has a standard flat fee, then apply this fee.
 - price_per_mile: The is the delivery price or price per mile (km).
 - price_per_square_meter: These costs will calculate the cost on a square meter.
 - percentage_of_total_cost: These costs are calculated at a % of the total booking amount (pre-tax).
 - To create an AD HOC cost, leave all the cost amount columns blank.
