If you are receiving the XERO error, "failed to link contact", then follow these steps.

Steps to fix the "Failed to link Contact"
- Click edit on the customer's details.
- Add a full stop "." to the customer's surname.
- Save the customer details.
- Click "Create in Xero" again and the contact will push to Xero.
How to Merge the two contacts in XERO
1. Go to contacts in XERO
2. Search for the old contact, select the tick box & click merge.
3. Seach for the new contact & click merge.
This will pull the old invoices and payment history to the new contact in xero, which is linked to Marquee Tech.
