FAQ - Why can't I see the 'Generate Button?
There are a couple of reasons why...
1 - The online floor plan tool only works with square & rectangle-shaped marquees. If you own a tipi, capri, stretch tent etc please download our offline floor plan tool, which is linked at the bottom of this article.
2 - You have quoted for more than one tent. The online floor plan tool was created to design the main structure. If you have added another tent to the quote, the generate button will disappear. To make it re-appear simply delete (temporarily) the other tent/s from the quote, scroll up to floor plans and you will see a 'generate' button. Once the floor plan has been made, you can go back into the quote & re-add the deleted tent/s. If you would like to make a floor plan with multiple tents attached to the main structure then please use the offline tool linked below.
FAQ - Why Can't I attach another tent to the main tent?
With our offline version you can create a very complex & bespoke layout, with multiple marquees added to the main structure, you can include trees, houses & much more!

FAQ - Not everything is pulling through from the quote?
The only items that are generated are tables, the dance floor, and the tent size.
Only some tables will be generated.
Speak to us if none of the above items are being generated currently.
To add more times to the generated layout scroll down to find the product library.
FAQ - Some items are the wrong size?
Certain items are added in set sizes, for example, dance floors and clear roofs.
You can change the size of them by using the re-sizer tool located at the top of the page.
Why are the sizes in ft?
Unfortunately, the dimensions on this tool are in ft and can't be changed. However, the advanced layout tool is in meters or ft - Read this article to learn how
