Bulk-adding dimensions to dance floors, tables and other products via the stock Excel sheet

1. Steps to bulk-adding dimensions to dance floors, tables and other products via the stock Excel sheet

2. Head to the "Stock Management Section" and click Download Stock.
   
   
   
   
3. Add the dimensions to the spreadsheet.
   
   Ensure these columns are filled in:
   1. include_in_area_calculation: Add the number 1.
   2. cross_hire: TRUE if cross hired, FALSE if not 
   3. Width: Add the width in feet
   4. Length: Add the length in feet
   5. for_x_people: Add the number of people suitable to the product. Type 0 if no people are suitable. Do not leave this blank.
      
      
   6. Save the excel file and re-upload it into the system via the manage stock section.
