3 Ways to find bookings

Here are the 4 ways your can find your quotes.

1. Search Bar

1. Steps to using search bar.
2. Click on the search box.
3. Enter the quote name, quote number, customer name, location, rental date or booking amount.

2. Bookings Report

Steps to using bookings report

1. Click bookings on the left menu.

2. Filter by set up or start date (top right corner).

3. Use the date picker (top right corner).

4. Scroll down to find quotes and bookings.

5. Click down/up arrows to change order.

6. Scroll to the right to find the site location, booking amount, and event dates.

3. Bookings Report

Steps to using all bookings report

1. Go to the dashboard.

2. Scroll past the calendar and click 'All bookings'.

3. Use the search bar to find specific quotes/customers.

4. Click down/up arrows to change order.
