Why does the pdf not appear on the quote?

If you are trying to attach an image to a quote the file type must be JPEG.

Nothing will be displayed if you upload a pdf image as an attachment, and click 'show on quote'.

Why can I attach PDF files and why is there an option to select it to the quote?

You should only upload PDF files and attach them to the quote if it's a file that needs to be signed by a customer. For example more contracts, health and safety forms etc.
