Stock/inventory is managed in 3 ways.
1. At a quoted level.
You can only view these figures in the stock report. This report can be found on the left menu, or above a quote.

2. At a confirmed level.
When you confirm a booking the stock is reserved. In reports, you will see a tag to show that the stock is confirmed but the customer has not been invoiced or paid.
Confirmed bookings go onto the calendar as a dark red tag.
At this level the stock/inventory the stock is only reserved for the event date, not from delivery to collection.
2. At an invoiced and booked/paid level.
When you create an invoice the stock/inventory is now reserved from the delivery date and will be returned on the collection date.
On the calendar, the booking tag goes to a light red and the delivery and collection dates are added in blue and green tabs.
On reports you will see if the customer has been invoiced, or if they have paid.
