Passing Credit Card Fees onto clients using additional fees

1. Steps to creating an additional fee for credit card surcharging.

2. Head to the additional fees section.
3. Click. the purple "+ Add new" button.
4. Fill in the details:
   1. Give the additional fee a name e.g. Credit Card Surcharge
   2. Show on quote 🚨 (Important)
      1. If selected the "Additional fee name" will be VISIBLE for the customer to see.
      2. If NOT selected the "Additional fee name" will be HIDDEN from the customer (the customer will not see the fee on the quote).
   3. Apply by default
      1. If selected the "Additional fee" will be applied by default, every time this stock item(s) are added to a quote.
      2. If not selected your will have to manually apply the "Additional fee" to a quote.
   4. Apply to these categories. Select the stock categories you want to apply the additional fee to. 
5. Click the green save changes button.

   Additional Fee name	Credit Card Surcharge
   Show on Quote	NO. This what be hidden from the customer
   Apply By Default	YES. This will additional fee always be applied on every quote.
   This is a discount	NO. This is not a discount.
   Default fee %	3.9% is the default fee applied
   Apply to these categories	All Categories Selected. This fee will be applied to every inventory item.
