Step 1: Customer Requests Booking

At the bottom of their online quote, customers will find and click the "Request to Book" button.

Once clicked, both you and your customer will receive an email notification.
Step 2: Accessing the Requested Booking

Alternatively, you can log into the system and identify the requested quote by a specific tag linked to the customer's account.
Step 3: Confirming the Booking

Navigate to the customer’s quote within the system.

Go to the "Invoicing" section of the quote.

Click "Confirm Booking" to initiate the signing process.
Step 4: Customer Signature Process

After confirmation, customers can digitally sign the terms and conditions from their online quote.

Enter their name.

Click on the link to view the terms and conditions (opens in a new tab).

Confirm they've read the document.

0:12 Once this is clicked, you and them will be sent an email. The email will link you to the quote in question, but also if you're in the system and you're in their account, you can see from this tag which quote or event they've requested to book.
0:28 So let's scroll back into that event and go to the invoicing section. So if I wanted to take this booking on, I would need to click confirm booking first.
