Stock Warnings Explained | How stock reports work

1. In-quote Stock Warnings.

Are displayed once a booking/s has been confirmed on the same event date.

Click into the warning to see bookings + quotes.

This stock warning in the quote will only work at a confirmed level. I.e., 

let's say you have 10 gold chairs in stock, and in this quote you quote for 20. 

When this remains as a quote, no warnings will appear here. As soon as you click Confirm Booking, you will then see the stock warning that you have -10. 

You've now confirmed 20 for this event, but you only have 10 in stock. These quote stock warnings will only work at a confirmed level. 

2. In-quote Stock Report.

Calculates available stock/inventory from the bookings + the current quote on the same event date.

You can also filter between bookings only & bookings + all quotes.

This stock report only pulls through the items or components that are related to the quote or booking in question. 

I.e. if you click into this stock report and search for an item or a kit or a component that has not been added to the quote or booking, you will not be able to find it. 

3. Bulk Add Line Item Stock Warnings

Calculates stock levels from quotes & confirmed events.

Yellow vs Red Warnings.
A yellow stock warning will appear when you have 10% left of the total stock quantity, or you're at zero. Red stock warnings appear once you go below zero, i.e., from minus one onwards
