How to add your staff members to the system.
1. Steps to creating staff members online
2. Go to employees in the timesheet app.
3. Click bulk edit.
4. Click + add new employee
5. A new row will be added to the bottom of your list, please fill out all cells and press save
Example:
First Name | Surname | Job Title | Job Title Abbr. | Phone | PIN | Hourly Rate | Archived | Actions |
Tom | Jones | Full Time | FT | 032 281 311 | 2931 | 15 |

Steps to creating staff members VIA spread sheet upload.
- Go to "Staff & Vehicles".
- Download the staff excel sheet.
- Add your employees to the excel.
- When creating an employee for the first time, leave the ID column blank (the system will create the id for you).
- Upload the excel into the system.
