Steps

For Managers: Setting Up the Crew View

1. Send the crew view link to your team — staff access this page every day to clock in and out. They do not need to log in to the system.
2. Turn selfie capture on or off — go to your settings to enable or disable the selfie photo requirement at clock-in. Turn it off if your team prefers not to take a photo.
3. The crew view works on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop

For Staff: Clocking In

1. Open the crew view — on any device using the link provided
2. Enter your PIN — no login required
3. Take a selfie if prompted — this can be turned off by your manager if not required
4. If running late — tap the running late option and add a message such as "Sorry, stuck in traffic". Your manager will see this note.

For Managers: Reviewing Clock-In Data

1. Go to the homepage — after staff have clocked in, you can see a map showing where each person clocked in relative to the office or site
2. Go to the Clock-In Report — in the left menu, for a detailed view of all clock-in records
3. Click View on Map — to open Google Maps with the exact pin drop and latitude and longitude coordinates for any individual clock-in
