Firmed bookings (burgundy badge)

Why am I seeing burgundy/firmed badges on my calendar?

If you have confirmed a booking, but have not raised an invoice, the booking will be added to your calendar as a firmed with a burgundy badge. 

To include the setup/delivery and takedown/collection on the calendar you will need to raise an invoice against the booking. 

When do companies use firmed bookings? Companies will use firmed bookings when they are almost certain the client will book. For example, the client books the same items every year and has done for the last 10 years. 

Is stock taken from the availability for firm bookings? Yes, firmed bookings remove stock from the system across all dates. Setup/delivery - Hire Date - Takedown/collection.
