Why can't I see set up and take down dates in the calendar?
To see a booking in the calendar you will need to raise an invoice against the booking.
Once an invoice has been raised/created your calendar will update to include the delivery date, rental hire period, and collection dates.
What do the dates mean?
RED: Hire period / rental period.
This is the date(s) the client is using the equipment that has been rented.
BLUE: Set-up dates / delivery dates
This is the date(s) you will be delivering or setting up the equipment for the client.
Green: Take down / collection dates
This is the date(s) your will be collecting or taking down the equipment for the client.
