The most common reason why quoted items are not showing on the load list.
If this does not solve the problem find 10x more reason below...
Use this checklist to diagnose and fix issues with your load list.
✅ 1. Allocated Quantity is Incorrect
Issue: Items on your load list show too many or too few of a particular component.
Solution:
- Open the Bulk Stock Manager, click edit on an item, and scroll down to the component list.
- If the quantity is too high, adjust the component allocation.
- If the quantity is too low, add the missing components and update.
- Click Rebuild to refresh the load list.
✅ 2. A Component is Missing from the Load List
Issue: Some expected components don’t appear on the load list.
Solution:
- Go to the Bulk Stock Manager and find the product.
- Click edit on an item, and scroll down to the component list.
- If it’s not listed, click "Add Component", search for the missing item, and enter the correct quantity.
- Save and rebuild the load list.
✅ 3. An Extra Component Appears That Shouldn’t Be There
Issue: Your load list includes an item that shouldn’t be part of the job.
Solution:
- Find the incorrect component in the Bulk Stock Manager.
- Click the bin icon (delete button) to remove it from the product setup.
- Rebuild the load list to see changes.
✅ 4. Items Are Allocated But Not Showing Up on the Load List
Issue: You’ve added components to a product, but they don’t appear.
Solution:
- Check if the item has been marked as non-pickable (this removes it from the load list).
- In Bulk Stock Manager, locate the product and ensure the "Pickable" box is ticked.
- If still missing, check if the "Display Components" option is enabled in the Delivery Note Settings.
✅ 5. Quoted Items Are Not Showing on the Load List
Issue: You’ve quoted an item, but it’s missing from the load list.
Solution:
✅ 6. Duplicate Quantities Appearing on Load List
Issue: The system is showing double the expected quantity of a product.
Solution:
- Check if the item was added as both a quoted item and an optional extra.
- Remove one of the duplicate entries.
- Ensure stock warnings are enabled for optional extras to prevent duplicate listings.
✅ 7. Items Were Matched to Themselves (System Loop Issue)
Issue: A product was accidentally matched to itself, causing a system error. For example, a chair has been allocated to the same chair.
Solution:
- Check the Component List for any instances where an item was allocated to itself.
- Remove the duplicate component and rebuild the load list.
✅ 8. Matching a Package to a Package Didn’t Work
Issue: You tried to match one package (e.g., a catering tent) to another, assuming the components would carry over, but they didn’t.
Solution:
- Packages cannot be matched to other packages.
- Instead, manually re-add the same components to the second package.
✅ 9. Components Allocated to a Product with a Quantity of Zero
Issue: The system doesn’t recognise an item because its quantity is set to zero.
Solution:
- Update the quantity field in Bulk Stock Manager to at least 1.
- If unsure of the quantity, enter 999,999 as a placeholder to ensure visibility.
✅ 10. Clear Span & Frame Tent Setup Errors
Issue: The way components are allocated to the Starter Bay, Additional Bay, and End Bay is incorrect.
Solution:
- The Starter Bay should include everything needed for the basic complete tent structure.
- The Additional Bay should only include extension components.
- The End Bay should be set up the same as the Starter Bay in most cases.
- If unsure, refer to the Component Allocation Guide in the support centre.
