Sales probability should be used for all new quotes.

When interacting with a new customer, adjust the sales probability based on how likely they are to book with you.

This helps you focus on promising leads instead of wasting time on unqualified ones.

There are 5 stages...

1. NA

2. Low 

3. Medium

4. High

5. Very High.

Steps:

1. Go to event details on any quote.

2. Click the sales probability drop-down to choose an option.

3. Click the next button at the bottom of the event details to save.

Tip: Use the Quotes Report and Sales Pipeline to follow up on quotes based on their sales probability.
