1. Event Info
Start a new quote or find an existing one. Go into the event details and find the 'create follow-up task' button. Add a date and description for the task. Press the next button to save it.
2. Edit Quote Page.
Between customer notes and attachments, you will find the task section. Click the add task button and make sure the following info is added...
- Who is this task for? (your staff)
- When does this task need to be completed?
- Add task details
3. + New Task Feature
Using the left menu either search for the new task or click the drop down for customer relationship and select + new task.
Make sure the following info is added...
- Who is this task for? (Your staff
- When does this task need to be completed?
- Add task details
- What booking is this for?
- Supplier (only change if you have multiple brands)
