Why You May Not Be Able to Find a Customer
The most common reason a customer does not appear in your search is that their profile has been archived.
Follow the steps below to unarchive a customer:
How to Unarchive a Customer
Open the Customer List
In the left-hand menu, click the Customer List tab.Show Archived Customers
In the top-right corner, click the purple button labelled “Show Archived Customers.”Locate the Customer
Browse the list (organised alphabetically) until you find the customer you’re looking for.Unarchive the Customer
Click the Unarchive button next to their name.
